Sofa Club named finalist in two national Social Media Awards

Sofa Club has been named a finalist in two categories at this year’s Social Media Awards, marking a major milestone for the fast-growing British furniture brand.

For the first time in the company’s history, Sofa Club has been shortlisted for both Best Use of Social Media for Home & Garden and Best In-House Team, recognising the brand’s bold approach to social-first marketing and the creative team behind it.

The double nomination celebrates a year of standout campaigns that have pushed Sofa Club beyond traditional furniture marketing, positioning the brand at the intersection of fashion, interiors and culture. From trend-led product launches and creator collaborations to immersive brand activations and social-first storytelling, Sofa Club has built a distinctive online presence that continues to challenge expectations of what a furniture brand can be.

Rather than simply showcasing products, the brand has focused on creating moments that people want to engage with, bringing fashion into the home through culturally relevant content, influencer partnerships, experiential events and campaigns designed to spark conversation.

Being recognised in the Best In-House Team category reflects the talented team behind the brand, whose creative thinking, agility and collaborative approach have helped establish Sofa Club as one of the UK’s most exciting furniture brands on social media.

Charlotte Taylor, Social Media Manager at Sofa Club, said: “Being shortlisted for not one, but two Social Media Awards is an incredibly proud moment for everyone at Sofa Club. We’ve always believed furniture marketing doesn’t have to follow the rules. Our ambition has been to create a brand that feels culturally relevant, fashion-led and genuinely exciting to engage with online.

“These nominations are recognition of the passion, creativity and hard work our in-house team puts into every campaign. To be acknowledged alongside some of the biggest brands in the industry, especially in our first year as finalists, is a huge achievement and one we’re incredibly proud of.”
