DUSK.COM launches dedicated trade division

DUSK.COM, the £195m online homeware and furniture retailer, has unveiled its expansion into the UK’s professional interiors market with the launch of DUSK Trade, establishing B2B as a strategic growth channel alongside its direct-to-consumer business.

Designed for interior designers, property developers, housebuilders, build-to-rent operators, landlords and hospitality businesses, DUSK Trade has been created to meet growing demand for design-led furniture and homeware that combines aspirational style with commercial value, dependable service and flexible fulfillment.

The launch represents the first phase of DUSK’s long-term B2B growth strategy, with future investment planned across dedicated trade services, specialist account support and product development designed specifically for professional customers.

The announcement follows another year of significant growth for DUSK, which recently reported annual revenues of £195 million, representing 28% YoY growth and a 77% CAGR over the past three years. Furniture continues to be one of the retailer’s fastest-growing categories, with Bedroom Furniture increasing by 159% and Living Room Furniture by 139% during FY25/26, strengthening the business’ proposition for residential and commercial furnishing projects alike.

The trade programme has been developed to support projects of every scale, from individual residential refurbishments through to large-scale housing developments, build-to-rent schemes and hospitality fit-outs. Members benefit from exclusive trade pricing across DUSK’s product range, personalised quotations, and delivery options designed around project requirements.

DUSK’s growing product portfolio spans furniture, sofas, cabinetry, lighting, mattresses, soft furnishings and home accessories, enabling trade customers to source multiple product categories through a single supplier.

Since launching in 2016, DUSK has built a reputation for offering high-quality, design-led furniture and homeware at accessible prices through its digital-first operating model. Today, repeat customers account for around 50% of all orders, providing a strong platform as the business expands into new growth markets.

The launch comes as demand continues to grow for design-led interiors that deliver both quality and value, with developers, designers and hospitality operators increasingly seeking partners capable of balancing aspirational design with commercial efficiency.

Andy Clerke, Trade Director at DUSK.COM said: “We’re seeing increasing demand from developers, designers and hospitality operators looking to simplify procurement without compromising on quality or design. Today’s projects require partners who can deliver across multiple product categories, offer flexibility and provide dependable service from quotation through to delivery.

“DUSK has built a strong reputation for combining great design with exceptional value, and we’re now bringing that same proposition to professional customers through a dedicated trade offering built around the way they work.

“This marks an important milestone in our long-term growth strategy as we continue to diversify the business and establish DUSK as a trusted partner for the UK’s property, interiors and hospitality sectors.”

Max Cartwright-Wilson, Chief Marketing Officer at DUSK.COM, added: “Since launching in 2016, DUSK has been built around one simple belief: beautifully designed homes shouldn’t come at a premium. DUSK Trade brings that same proposition to the professionals who create and furnish spaces for a living, extending our affordable luxury offering beyond customers’ homes and into the spaces where people live, stay and spend time.”
